Microsoft sued for disc scratching Xbox 360
Microsoft just recently extended to warranty of their Xbox 360 gaming consoles saying that they want to support their customers who have been suffering with issues related to the gaming console.
However, the company has now been sued by a Florida man who claims Microsoft Corp.’s Xbox 360 video game system scratches game disks.
Jorge Brouwer is now seeking a class action status for his suit against the world’s largest software company.
He is claiming that the company’s Xbox 360 has been “negligently designed and manufactured.”
He further claims that the company has received thousands of complaints from the Xbox 360 owners but has done nothing on this front.
The court filings reveal that he is asking the courts for USD 5 million in damages from the company.
