Sony Playstation 3 to get version 1.90 firmware soon
Japanese videogame console maker Sony is said to have finished work on developing the latest firmware for their PS3 console.
This firmware would be version 1.90 and would add support for 1080p24 and AVCHD video on the Playstation 3 gaming console.
Sony stated that this updated firmware would allow users to set Blu-ray Disc playback a 1080p 24Hz.
It would also enhance other features of the console like the user would be able to set custom backgrounds for the PS3 main menu.
They would also be able to rearrange the order of downloaded games under the “Game” menu tab.
