id Software talks about their new game RAGE
id Software are known for their classic computer videogame title Doom. The company has now revealed some details on their upcoming title named Rage.
The game would see gamers fighting oppressive government in a post-apocalyptic world.
The company said that the game is being developed for the PC and Mac platform in addition to Xbox 360 and Playstation 3 gaming consoles.
id Chief Executive Todd Hollenshead added in his statement: “It’s a bit of a classic story and you are the outsider who comes in and tries to turn the tide in favor of good.”
The company further said that the game is being developed with all-new graphics technology designed by id co-founder John Carmack.
