Halo’s Master Chief: First videogame character to be featured at Madame Tussauds
Halo has been a record breaking gaming title for the Microsoft Xbox gaming console. The game has now made another record of sort as the game’s main character Master Chief has now become the first videogame character to be featured at Madame Tussauds.
The wax model of the game’s hero was showcased at an official ceremony at Madame Tussauds in Las Vegas.
The statue is 7ft 2in tall and weighs approximately 275lbs.
As per information released by the museum, the statue took 10 studio artists an estimated 892 man-hours to complete.
Microsoft is due to launch the latest game in this series Halo 3 on 26 September. The game has already sold more than a million pre-ordered copies which is a record in itself.
