Xbox 360 Arcade launched for USD 280
Microsoft has finally launched an Xbox 360 variant which directly takes on the hugely popular Nintendo Wii gaming console.
Microsoft is now offering the Xbox 360 Bundle which comes with five games previously available only for download over the Xbox Live online service.
However, this version of the console does not have any hard disk for storing data. Microsoft is providing a memory card in its place.
This new bundle is now replacing the Core model of the Xbox 360 in the US market. The core model came without the games or the memory card.
The company also announced two games targeted at the casual gamers. This include a game based on Shrek movie by Activision and another game by THQ based on Nickelodeon’s SpongeBob SquarePants cartoon character.
