Sony PSP popularity strikes with adult content provider
Sony Corporation does not like this idea of companies releasing UMD disks with pornographic content but they can hardly do anything about it. Sony PSP has been a smashing success ever since its launch last year. And it is expected to arrive in the big market of European countries sometime later this year.
Playboy has already done it when they announced in the month of April their plans to provide content from their archive for the PSP gaming device. However, one Japanese company has taken the lead by announcing plans to launch the first five pornographic UMDs for the PSP, which will have prices of $25 and $35.
More such titles are planned for the middle of next month and Sony says that they cannot do anything to stop such products from the adult industry. Reason being, the UMD specifications are not secretive to Sony as a company and anyone with resources can manufacture and sell their products on it.
Sony however has cleared that it was not on their strategy map to allow such content to be made available on UMD to popularize their little device, which has made life tough for competition in the form of Nintendo.
Bouncy Pictures (http://www.bouncypictures.com) has taken a massive leap forward and passed all the competition with their release of the first and only uncensored Adult UMD for the PSP platform. While Sony refused all other Adult video companys including the massive Playboy Enterprises, it accepted Bouncy due to their extremely high production values and quality. It is amazing that its OK to show charecters being sluaghtered on the screen, but a guy getting a blow job is a big NO NO. Looks like these puritans are a bunch of idiots.
we are looking forward to the day when we are able to burn our content onto UMD discs. at the moment we can only offer our adult videos for the psp as file downloads.
