US based movie studio Warner Bros has announced their decision to acquire TT Games.

TT Games is known for their popular Lego Star Wars videogames. Market analysts believe that this step is taken by the company as they aim to become a major player in the videogame industry.

The financial details of this acquisition deal have not been revealed to the media.

Warner would also get access to a range of other videogame titles like Bionicle Heroes.

The company would also now be able to develop games based on their popular movie franchises in house.
