Electronic Arts donate original SimCity to OLPC

Electronic Arts has revealed that they have now donated their original SimCity title to the non-profit initiative, One Laptop Per Child.

This would allow the developers of OLPC to install this gaming title on the XO Laptops.

These machines are being manufactured for distribution amongst kids in developing nations to aid their education.

EA said in a statement that they hope that the game would provide children with a way to engage with computers while learning decision-making skills.

SimCity is an interesting game which enables the gamer to build cities by using imagination and keep developing them.
