Microsoft to offer Xbox games for download on Xbox 360
Microsoft has confirmed that they would be offering some Xbox games for download on Xbox Live to celebrate the fifth anniversary of the Xbox Live service.
They are also planning to offer Carcassonne for free to all the Xbox Live subscribers for 48 hours starting at 12:01 am. EST on November 15.
Microsoft would also be giving away 500 Microsoft Points to the ten folks who’ve been on board since 2002.
The company further stated that they would offer Xbox Originals for download starting Dec. 4th as part of the Fall Update.
These games would be purchasable for around 1200 Microsoft points which comes to USD 15.
Microsoft stated in the press release: “This new service will launch with an array of blockbuster titles spanning the most popular genres from action-adventure to classic role-playing games.”
