Wii Title Based on the Cartoon Network Hit Animated TV Series Comes With Free ‘Code Lyoko’ T-Shirt At Selected Retailers
The Game Factory, a publisher of video and computer games based on leading international children’s brands, today announced the release of Code Lyoko: Quest For Infinity, its first action/adventure videogame for Nintendo Wii™. Based on the new season of the popular animated action-adventure TV series on Cartoon Network, the game combines high-tech gadgetry and adrenaline-packed missions in an innovative blend of adventure, combat, platform and space shooting gameplay. Code Lyoko : Quest For Infinity for Nintendo Wii™ was developed by Neko Entertainment, is rated E10+ and is available now for a suggested retail price of $39.99.
The Game Factory and apparel manufacturer Headline Entertainment have also created a special offer for consumers. Starting today, those who purchase the new Code Lyoko: Quest For Infinity game at selected stores and online retailers will receive an exclusive Collector’s Edition Code Lyoko t-shirt, specially designed by Headline for this promotion. Code Lyoko: Quest For Infinity for the Nintendo Wii platform is the second video game based on the TV series; a Nintendo DSTM game debuted earlier this summer. The Wii version is based on the new season of the show, which introduces new weapons, new vehicles and a previously unexplored environment.
The “Code Lyoko” animated series is produced by Moonscoop Productions, in association with France 3 and Canal J, and distributed worldwide by Taffy Entertainment. The show airs in the US on Cartoon Network, in Canada on YTV and Radio-Canada and nearly 100 countries worldwide. Executive producers are Benoit and Christophe Di Sabatino and Nicolas Atlan.
