Folding@Home for Sony Playstation 3 updated

Sony has updated the Folding@Home application for their Playstation 3 gaming console.

It was prepared with their recently made available Firmware v2.1.

Owners of the PS3 gaming console can download this latest edition by clicking on the FAH icon.

A company blog post mentioned that the latest update would enable the gamers to tell the console to shut down after completing processing a unit.

They can also set a timer to shut down the PS3 unit after a particular amount of time.

Users can also listen to music while the console is performing calculations on units for the project.
