FIFA Interactive World Cup coming to India
Sony Computer Entertainment has announced that they are soon going to launch the FIFA Interactive World Cup in India.
For this event they are collaborating with FIFA and EA. The game would be played exclusively on their Playstation 3 gaming console.
The qualifying rounds for the title would be played on 27 January in Mumbai. The winner of the event would compete in the world championship to be held at Berlin, Germany.
Sony Computer Entertainment Europe country manager Atindriya Bose spoke on this new development: “With the added realism that PlayStation 3 brings to FIFA 08, we have every belief that now is the time to truly make an impact with the FIFA Interactive World Cup.”
