Steven Spielberg game for Wii named Boom Blox
Electronic Arts has now formally announced their Boom Blox gaming title being developed in collaboration with Steven Spielberg.
This game is for the Nintendo Wii platform and has been designed for all kind of gamers.
The company said that this is the first of the three games in the series and it would feature 300 brain-busting levels, 30 semi-adorable characters, co-op and versus modes, and a custom level editor which can share designs over WiiConnect24.
Spielberg spoke about this upcoming gaming title: “My inspiration for this game came while I was playing the Wii for the first time. BOOM BLOX plays on the enjoyment of building and knocking down blocks, something that can appeal innately to kids and adults of all ages.”
They are now planning to launch the game by May 2008.
