Hillary Clinton joins the war against Rockstar Games Inc.

U.S. senators, Joseph Lieberman has received support from high profile member of the parliament Hillary Clinton in his war against the videogaming company Rockstar Games Incorporation. Both the senators are very displeased with the news that adult content was reportedly discovered in the popular games for teens GTA: San Andreas. They are now demanding that the government should take appropriate action against the gaming company.

This hidden content can be unlocked using a game mod called Hot Coffee from the Internet. This mod makes changes in the game enabling the users pretending to be a character in the game to find different girlfriends in the game who will have a “cup of hot coffee”. This phrase is of course a euphemism for doing sexual activities. The creator of this mod claims that the feature is present inside the original shipment of the game and his code only unlocks it. However, the company claims it to be the hackers who modified the original game to include these hidden mini games.

Lieberman is asking the company to submit the game to independent group of analysts to check out if their claims are true. He said in a statement to the Rockstar president Sam Houser: “I am asking you to bring this matter to light and resolve this serious controversy by voluntarily submitting your game to independent concerned and responsible parties for such technical analysis”.

Entertainment Software Ratings Board, which gives censor ratings to the game, is also analyzing the game for this newly made available information and is expected to take its own action.
