Guitar Hero: On Tour – Activision to launch a Nintendo DS version of Guitar Hero

Videogame maker Activision has said that they are working on a Nintendo DS version of the Guitar Hero title.

The company said that they would ship this title Guitar Hero: On Tour with a plug-in accessory and mock guitar-pick.

They aim to release this title this summer though the pricing was not revealed.

The Guitar Hero franchisee has been very successful for the company. Activision has racked up more than $1 billion in sales from the various games in this series.

Nintendo DS has been the best selling handheld gaming console in the market in the recent times. Activision did not comment on a possible version for the rival Sony Playstation Portable.
