Ubisoft Entertainment acquires a game studio in Pune India
Ubisoft Entertainment is the Europe’s largest videogame publisher.
The company has now announced their plans to expand their presence in the Indian market.
Ubisoft is now acquiring a video game development studio from Gameloft located in the Pune city.
This studio has a team of around 120 developers and testers. They are going to expand their facility to house 500 employees in the coming years.
The two companies did not disclose the financial aspects of this sale.
