Microsoft satisfied with how Xbox 360 is turning out
World’s largest software company Microsoft now wants to dominate the video game console market. Their prime competitor is Sony who currently rules the market with their Playstation range of console game stations. Microsoft is due to launch Xbox 360, later, this year, which would compete heads on with the Sony Playstation 3 when it comes out next year. Nintendo is the third player in the market and they are also due to launch their Evolution gaming console next year.
The interesting news in is that while the testers of their Windows Vista Beta 1 have somewhat been disappointed, Microsoft think that Xbox 360 is turning out to be a great product. Even the chairperson of the company and the richest person in the world Bill Gates has said that he is happy with the next Xbox gaming console. If he is satisfied, that would indeed be something. This news comes despite the market rumors, which claim that Playstation 3 might have better specs to Xbox 360 in their final avatars respectively.
Bill Gates was addressing a meeting with financial analysts at Microsoft’s headquarters when he said: “Our view is basically: We’ve got a Ferrari. They’ve got a Ferrari. Our Ferrari is leaving the starting line substantially before their Ferrari is, and, in most races, that’s a very nice thing.” the company is clearly betting on having the early bird advantage.
Robbie Bach, the Microsoft senior vice president also spoke about the Microsoft vs. Sony battle on the speeds of the two consoles: “They’re going to be a little faster in a few areas; we’re going to be a little faster in a few areas. The net result from a hardware perspective is going to be kind of a toss-up.”
Sony is yet to comment on these statements from Microsoft.

About

What idiot wrote this article? It’s Revolution NOT Evolution. Nintendo is not “A thrid player” they made video games what they are now IDIOT.
And It’s been confimred 360 is as powerful as the P3s
The xbox 360 is going to blow the ps3 out of the water. Currently I own a ps2 and a xbox and there is know comparison, the xbox is 10x better then the ps2 and there is know doubt in my mind that the xbox 360 is going to be better then the ps3. Playstations are poorly built, in other words they have terriable quality. My Ps2 dosen’t read any blue disk games and it hasen’t played dvd’s in 2 years, It always freezes during game play and it takes forever to load. The mother of all systems the XBOX is a god among the consules. I have not had a single problem with my xbox and I think it is worth every penny. My faith is in Microsoft in building the next system that will once again prove to be the better buy.
