Gore Verbinski to develop BioShock movie
Take-Two Interactive Software has announced that Gore Verbinski would now be making the movie edition of popular videogame title BioShock.
Gore Verbinski is most known for the Pirates of the Caribbean movie series which was a major hit worldwide.
The movie would be produced by Universal Pictures. Christoph Hartmann, president of Take-Two’s 2K Games said in a statement on this development: “Gore is an avid video gamer and true fan of ‘BioShock’. That was extremely important to us in deciding to move forward with this project.”
The company is also working on a sequel to this game.
