Take-Two rejects extended offer from EA
Video game publisher Electronic Arts announced that they were further extending their offer for Take-Two Interactive Software.
Take-Two Interactive Software responded by rejecting the offer once again.
EA said that their offer is now applicable till July 18.
Take-Two has stated that they are still advising their shareholders to not tender their shares to EA.
EA’s bid puts the value of Take-Two at around USD 2 billion which the latter claims is too low.
Take-Two is behind the massively popular GTA videogame series. EA is known for their sports games.
