She has never given her pw out, not even to me. All scans are set to run daily and firewall is set to max. How the hacker got her info is beyond my 10 year experience with computers. I retract the "idiot" remark and chalk your statement up to an uneducated response. To anyone who has had their account hacked, I feel for ya. These bastards should be drug out in the street and stoned by gnomes!! There are viruses and keyloggers designed specifically to steal and retrieve passwords from infected systems. Some of these programs are invisible to virus scans and are somehow able to get past firewalls. My gf's account was hacked last night and she lost 12k plus gold along with all her gear/bank items. Funny thing is I spent the entire day scanning her computer with every thing I could possibly throw at it and still didn't find a virus or a logger. Blizz is in the process of restoring everything but if this little authenticator device had been available the hack would have never happened. I for one anticipate the release of this "security token" and will be purchasing one as soon as they are available.
