Microsoft Games For Windows Live online service now free
Microsoft has announced that they are now providing their Games for Windows Live online service for free.
The company said that the service is now offering completely free online multiplayer gaming experience to anyone interesting.
This service used to cost $7.99 per month till now.
Games for Windows Live is compatible with the Microsoft’s Xbox Live network which is used by the owners of their Xbox and Xbox 360 gaming consoles.
Looks like the company wants to lure more PC gamers to this network as Vista continues to struggle in the home segment.
