Microsoft hopes to finish second after Nintendo Wii
Microsoft Xbox vice president Don Mattrick has admitted that it is pretty tough for them to achieve domination over Nintendo Wii at this point of time with their Xbox 360 gaming console.
The company however hopes to sell more units compared to Sony Playstation 3 to finish second in the current generation videogame console sales.
He said: “I’m not at a point where I can say we’re going to beat Nintendo. We will sell more consoles this generation than Sony.”
Microsoft has just reduced the price of the base edition of Xbox 360 gaming console to bring it to a point which is lower than the price of Nintendo Wii.
This could boost the sales of Xbox 360 gaming console in the US market.
