Nintendo Wii: 7 million units sold in Japan
Videogame magazine Enterbrain has stated that Nintendo has now sold more than 7 million units of Wii gaming console in the Japanese market alone.
The report stated that Nintendo Wii sales had touched 7,024,239 units as of Sunday.
Nintendo had launched their Wii gaming console on Dec. 2, 2006. They were the last player of the three to launch their new generation videogame console.
The company has still managed to perform awesomely well as they dominate both Microsoft Xbox 360 and Sony Playstation 3 in term of sales.
Nintendo is also doing well with their DS handheld console. The company is going to launch two limited edition packs this holiday season.
