Microsoft: Xbox 360 dominated PS3 on Black Friday
Microsoft has stated in a press release that their Xbox 360 gaming console totally dominated the rival console Playstation 3 on Black Friday.
The US based software giant claimed that Xbox 360 outsold Sony Playstation 3 by three-to-one.
Not only that, the company said that the console managed its best Black Friday sales ever.
The sales number were 25 percent improvement compared to last year.
Don Mattrick, senior vice president of the Interactive Entertainment Business at Microsoft added on this achievement: “We entered into the Black Friday sales period with cautious optimism, knowing that dollar for dollar, Xbox 360 offers more social entertainment value than any other console on the market.”
It remains to be seen on how Xbox 360 compared with Nintendo Wii which remains the best selling gaming console of this generation.
