Wal-Mart claims to have thousands of units of Nintendo Wii in stock

Walmart.com has said that they have tens of thousands units of the popular videogame console Nintendo Wii in stock.

These are now on sale on their website.

The company is offering two packages. One is basic Wii which retails for USD 249.24.

There is also a value pack worth USD 329 that comes with the console and some extra goodies.

It has been a long time since this console was launched in the US market. However it still remain in huge demand and short supplies.

Walmart.com spokesman Ravi Jariwala said in a statement that they are working closely with Nintendo to make sure they have the consoles in stock for sale online.
