VG Chartz: Nintendo sold 1.7 million units of Wii last week!?
VG Chartz has reported that the Japanese videogame console maker Nintendo sold more than a million units of Wii gaming console in the US market last week.
This is a phenomenal number for a console which is around 2 years old.
Nintendo Wii continues to remain a top buy for casual videogamers in the market. The console is still hard to find in retail stores after so much time of its launch in the US market.
The report added that during the same period, Microsoft sold 535,806 Xbox 360 while Sony sold 239,576 PlayStation 3 units.
Nintendo DS also continued its domination against Sony PlayStation Portable with sales of 935,000 units compared to 298,000.

Funny that you choose to run with thsi story when all vgchartz is doing is adjusting its numbers up to reflect actual sales (vis a vis NPD’s numbers as well as Nintendo’s own press statements). vghcartz is a scam. You should be ashamed for falling for that site’s ridiculous hype.
