Dentsu and Nintendo to deliver video on Wii gaming console
Japanese videogame console maker Nintendo is collaborating with ad agency Dentsu to launch a new video distribution service for the hugely popular Wii gaming console.
This was revealed in a report published by Nikkei business daily.
The two companies are collaborating to offer cartoons and other entertainment programs on the Wii gaming platform.
This new service is expected to be launched sometime early next year in Japan. It would be expanded to other markets later.
Nintendo Wii has been the best selling gaming console of this generation but it has few media streaming options.
