PS3 users more likely to use it for web browsing compared to Nintendo Wii

Nintendo Wii has been the best selling gaming console of this generation.

It has been selling in huge numbers. Sony on the other hand is struggling with their PlayStation 3 console which is selling in less numbers compared to both Wii and Microsoft Xbox 360.

However, Sony has lead in one department compared to the Nintendo Wii.

PS3 users are more likely to use this console to surf the Internet Wii users are however trailing here.

Both PlayStation 3 and Wii are Internet enabled. However, the web browser on the Wii is not a standard offering. Users are required to pay for the Opera Browser that can be installed on the Wii console.

Sony PlayStation 3 on the other hand has an inbuilt web browser.
