NetPlay TV acquires Venturygames.co.uk and Toucanwin.com
British company NetPlay TV has announced that they are now acquiring web based gaming services Venturygames.co.uk and Toucanwin.com.
The deal is worth 1 million pounds. It has been conducted through a stock transfer.
NetPlay added in a statement that these services generate a monthly gross revenue of about 500,000 pounds.
It is expected to add to their revenues with immediate effect.
NetPlay is also acquiring another company Grab a Grand.
