AMD launches ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4000 serious graphic products

Microsoft processor company AMD has announced the launch of their ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4000 series graphic products.

These are the company’s latest generation of graphic cards for the notebooks and laptops.

The company said that these new generation of cards offers DirectX 10.1 support for games, high-end HD multimedia and energy-efficient features for maximizing battery life.

This series is available in three versions.

ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4800: It is aimed at the high end mobile products. It comes with ATI CrossFireX technology to deliver up to one teraFLOP of performance power.

ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4600: It is targeted at offering a good value with good performance with decent battery life.

ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4300 and HD 4500 are aimed at providing decent performance for compact notebooks.

Asus has already announced their plans to launch new products powered with these mobile graphic processors.
