Wii Sports has sold more than 40 million copies?
It’s a well known fact that Nintendo bundles the Wii Sports game with the Nintendo Wii gaming console in most world markets.
This has enabled this gaming title to become the most owned console game of all time.
Reports from Nintendo claims that this game has seen sales of 40.5 million units. This is including the units which are bundled with the console itself.
Wii Play has seen sales of 20.91 units. Wii Fit is also hugely popular with 14.01 million units sold worldwide.
Nintendo DS games have also sold in major numbers. Nintendogs has seen sales of 21.67 million units.
