Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas makers sued again!

The makers of the popular videogame Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas, Take-Two Interactive Software Inc. has been sued yet again. This time the company has been sued by the City of Los Angeles for the same controversy, which led to banning of this game in many countries around the world.

The city claims that the company sold pornographic videogames to the children. Apparently, they are referring to the hidden and locked sex scenes, which were found hidden inside the game. The company recalled the copies of all the units of game and supplied fresh ones with the hidden content removed last year.

Los Angeles City Attorney Rockard Delgadillo accused the game publisher to hide the fact that their were indeed hidden content available on the shipped copies. He further blamed the company for denying these facts first and later accepting their fault on the issue of hidden sexual content present in the copies of games shipped in the city.

The lawsuit further demands from the company that they stop targeting and market their games towards the kids in the city and pay fines in addition to return $10 million in profits. Take-Two Interactive Software Inc. issued no statement on this new lawsuit against the company.
