Missing Sync for Sony PSP is out

Mark/Space has released the Missing Sync for Sony PSP application. It is available for a retail price of $29.95 and would allow the users to synchronize movies, photos and music between the Mac and Sony PlayStation Portable.

The application in addition also offer bookmark synchronization, contact management, calendar sync and more.

The application comes as a universal binary and runs natively on PowerPC and Intel-based Macs. Owners of a Mac and the PSP can use it by using a USB 2.0 cable and connecting the two devices. It also provides the gamers a way to backup files from one product to another.

Impressively, The Missing Sync for PSP can convert video files for playback on the PSP. It also comes with the “WebSnacks” feature, which enables the PSP owners to save snippets of web pages on their PSP for offline access.

The application requires Mac OS X v10.4.6 or later, iTunes 5 or later, iPhoto 5 or later, and a Sony PSP with a Memory Stick Pro Duo card and firmware 2.7.1 or later.
