Ubisoft denies that they confirmed Xbox 360 version of Assassin’s Creed
Ubisoft community manager UbiRazz has clarified in a statement that the company never confirmed that they are developing Xbox 360 and PC versions of Assassin’s Creed.
He said: “Ubisoft have confirmed no such thing. Assassin’s Creed will come on PS3 and at this time, no other platform has been confirmed.”
The rumors of this game to come on PC and Microsoft Xbox 360 were started by a website named “Club Skill”. They have now retracted from their earlier story and posted this clarification from the company.
Looks like this is a case of an online news magazine jumping the gun and posting something to get free publicity.
