Aspyr Media releases a demo of Quake 4 for Apple Mac
Apple Mac owners have a reason to cheer for as Aspyr Media has released a freely downloadable demo of the Mac version of the Quake 4 videogame.
Impressively, QUAKE 4 is a Universal Mac title and it runs natively on both older generation Macs and the recently launched Intel processor powered Macs.
The system requirement of this demo is:
Mac OS X 10.3.9 or later
PowerPC G4/G5 or Intel chip-set, 1.67 GHz or faster
512 MB RAM
3 GB free disk space
Video Card (ATI): Radeon 9600*
Video Card (Nvidia): Geforce 6600*
Video Memory (VRAM): 64 MB or higher
DVD drive required to install and play
Multiplayer: Internet and LAN (TCP/IP) play supported. Internet play requires broadband connection.
