Electronic Arts announces EA Replay for Sony Playstation Portable

Videogame developers Electronic Arts has announced that they would be releasing EA Replay, which is essentially a compilation of its ’90s-era titles for the Sony Playstation Portable handheld gaming machine.

EA has reprogrammed these games for playing compatibility on this handheld device and could bring a lot of memories back for the gamers.

The market might be more interested on the upcoming Sony Playstation 3 and Nintendo Wii gaming consoles but the market for legacy game is big. And few companies are in a position as strong as Electronic Arts to capitalize on it.

EA would be launching EA Replay on November 7 this year and this package would include 14 of the company’s titles that were originally released between 1990 and 1995.

“EA Replay” is set to sell for $19.99.
