Sony Playstation 3 to have 22 games available at launch

Microsoft launched their Xbox 360 gaming console last year. And now both Sony and Nintendo are all set to launch their own next generation gaming consoles in November this year.

Sony would be launching their Sony Playstation 3 after a couple of delays and as per incoming reports, the launch would coincide with availability of 22 titles, including games from all leading publishers, such as Electronic Arts.

Amongst the launch titles, the most notable are “Madden NFL ‘07″ and the skateboarding favorite “Tony Hawk’s Project 8”.

This means that the Playstation 3 gaming console would have more titles available at launch than even Xbox 360 had during its launch last year. The company added that its first-party titles would cost $59.99.
