Activision would launch multiplayer maps for Call of Duty 3

Videogame Company Activision has said that they would be launching two waves of ‘Call of Duty 3′ multiplayer maps.

These maps would be made available on the Xbox Live service after the holiday season.

The company said that one of the maps named “Champs” would be made available for free. It would take players to Port Royal de Champs, France, for classic Call of Duty infantry-based combat.

This map would be an ideal setting for small to medium-sized online games.

The other map is named Valor Map Pack and it would cost the gamers around 800 Microsoft points. It consists of five new multiplayer maps.

Gamers would be taken to French locales in these maps which are suitable for intense close-quarters action.
