E3 being replaced by E for All Expo
IDG World Expo has now confirmed that they are renaming their E3 expo with a brand new identity called E for All Expo.
E for All Expo stands for Entertainment for All and it is now planned for October 18 - 20, 2007 at the Los Angeles Convention Center.
IDG World Expo has also setup the website for this expo and is inviting users to register for this upcoming event.
The company said that this expo will let consumers “test-drive the latest in games and gadgetry, as well as purchase products they enjoyed.”
They are also planning to expand the show to the LA Live area that adjoins the LA Convention Center.
IDG World Expo had invited users to submit their names for this brand new show and they picked up the winning name from more than 3,000 entries.
The winner Dante Padre, a California resident spoke on this name: “Now everyone will have the opportunity to experience the excitement, the entertainment, and the early look at the industry that’s only been available to insiders before.”
