Sony Playstation 3 game prices for Europe announced
Sony has announced some more details on their upcoming Playstation 3 launch for the European market. The company has revealed the pricing plans for its first-party PS3 titles.
The company said that the disc based games for the PS3 platform would cost £39.99 at launch time. This is similar to the prices of the games for the Nintendo Wii console.
Some of the launch time games to be sold at this price point would include Motorstorm, Resistance: Fall of Man, and Formula One Championship Edition.
The games to be sold via the PlayStation Network will cost between €2.99 and €9.99. Some other downloadable content would be made available starting from €0.99.
Sony aims to make available as many as 30 titles for the PS3 at launch time in Europe.
