Boogie for Nintendo Wii from Electronic Arts
World’s largest videogame publisher Electronic Arts has confirmed that they are now going to release a new exclusive game for the Nintendo Wii platform.
The company said that their Montreal studio which has created games like SSX Blur and Army of Two is already working on an exclusive new rhythm game for the Wii called Boogie.
This game would utilize the unique features of the Wii including the Wii remote and Nunchuk to have players dance, sing and star in their own music videos.
Alain Tascan, Vice President and General Manager of EA Montreal spoke on this upcoming game: “We’re creating something new and different for gamers of all ages to enjoy; the complete party package where gamers can dance as well as sing. Nintendo’s Wii is an amazing console that really gives us a platform to be creative and to re-think traditional game development.”
The game is expected to come out sometime later this year.
