Star Fox 64 comes to Nintendo Wii
Nintendo Wii’s Virtual Console gained three new games this week. One of these is the Nintendo 64 title Star Fox 64. The other two released games are original Nintendo Entertainment System Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles game and the TurboGrafx-16 action-role-playing-game Dragon’s Curse.
Star Fox 64 was originally released in 1997 and was the sequel to the original smash hit title. It came with support for up to four players. The game also featured levels that take players out of the standard Arwing fighters and put them behind the controls of tanks and submarines.
The game is available for download on the Nintendo Wii console for 1,000 Wii Points ($10). NES Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles game for the Wii would cost 600 Wii Points ($6). HudsonSoft’s 1990 TurboGrafx-16 game Dragon’s Curse is also on sale for 600 Wii Points ($6).
